Polure classical facade molding adds crisp architectural trim and traditional shadow lines to exterior building elevations and cornices. Manufactured from high-density rigid poliuretāns (150-220 kg/m³), this facade trim offers wood-like mechanical durability while being light enough to prevent exterior wall overload. Closed-cell geometry maintains water absorption under 1%, protecting the molding against heavy rain, dampness, rot, mold, and insect damage. Designed to perform reliably across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, it meets B2 fire safety standards for self-extinguishing protection. Arriving pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer, installation uses continuous PU assembly adhesive on rear faces paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill joint seams and screw holes with exterior filler, sand with 180-220 grit paper, and paint with elastic UV-resistant exterior paint.
