Step 4: Polyurethane Adhesive Application — Apply continuous lines of polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive to the back contact points of the panel. Do not use silicone. Estimated time: 5 minutes per panel. Common mistake: Using standard silicone adhesive, which leads to joint failure under thermal stress.
Step 5: Panel Mounting and Mechanical Fixing — Press the panel firmly against the wall alignment line. Drive countersunk screws with appropriate wall dowels through designated anchoring points on the panel face. Estimated time: 10 minutes per panel. Common mistake: Omitting mechanical screw anchors and relying solely on structural glue.

Τα πάνελ κόβονται στα άκρα με δισκοπρίονο υπολογίζοντας φύρα 10%. Τοποθετούνται δοκιμαστικά στον τοίχο για επιβεβαίωση της τέλειας συνέχειας του τρισδιάστατου μοτίβου.

Βήμα 3: Εφαρμογή Κόλλας και Τοποθέτηση

Εφαρμόζεται κόλλα πολυουρεθάνης συγκολλητικό στερέωσης με βάση την πολυουρεθάνη σε πυκνές γραμμές στην πίσω πλευρά. Το πάνελ πιέζεται σταθερά στον τοίχο ξεκινώντας από την κάτω γωνία. Ο χρόνος πλήρους ωρίμανσης είναι περίπου μία ώρα.

Βήμα 4: Στοκάρισμα Αρμών, Λείανση και Βαφή

Οι ενώσεις γεμίζουν με ακρυλικό στόκο και λειαίνονται με γυαλόχαρτο κόκκωση 180-220. Η επιφάνεια βάφεται ομοιόμορφα με πλαστικό ή ακρυλικό χρώμα πάνω στο εργοστασιακό αστάρι λευκό ακρυλικό αστάρι ενός συστατικού.
