Η εγκατάσταση προφίλ κρυφού φωτισμού πολυουρεθάνης επιτρέπει τη δημιουργία ατμοσφαιρικού έμμεσου φωτισμού στην οροφή γρήγορα, καθαρά και χωρίς περίπλοκες κατασκευές γυψοσανίδας.
Απαιτούμενα Εργαλεία και Υλικά
- Surface Inspection and Reference Line Layout — Inspect the wall and ceiling surfaces for levelness and clean away dust or loose material. Measure down from the ceiling line to establish a clearance distance between 10 cm and 15 cm, then snap a continuous chalk line along the perimeter wall to guide lower profile placement. Estimated Duration: 30 minutes Common Mistake: Installing profiles over dusty or flaking paint surfaces without cleaning, leading to premature adhesive bond failure.
- Measuring and 45-Degree Miter Cutting — Measure the wall perimeter accurately. Cut corner joints at a precise 45-degree miter angle using a fine-tooth miter saw. Dry-fit corner pieces against the wall to verify joint tightness before applying adhesive. - Polyurethane Adhesive Application — Apply continuous beads of polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the rear mounting flanges that contact the wall surface. Do not use standard silicone adhesives. Ensure even coverage along the entire length of the profile. Estimated Duration: 30 minutes Common Mistake: Using standard silicone sealant instead of dedicated polyurethane mounting adhesive, causing long-term adhesion failure.
- Profile Mounting and Mechanical Screw Fixing — Press the profile firmly onto the marked reference line. Immediately drill countersunk pilot holes through the profile into the wall structure at 40 cm to 50 cm intervals. Secure the profile using wall anchors and screws until flush with the material surface. Estimated Duration: 60 minutes Common Mistake: Relying exclusively on adhesive and skipping mechanical screw fixings, which violates safety protocols for overhead moldings.
- Joint Sealing and Sanding Preparation — Fill profile butt joints, corner miters, and countersunk screw heads with suitable joint compound or polyurethane joint filler. Allow the filler to cure completely according to manufacturer instructions, then sand smooth using κόκκωση 180-220 sandpaper. Βήμα 1: Χάραξη Ύψους με Αλφάδι Λέιζερ
Χαράσσεται περιμετρικά οριζόντια γραμμή στον τοίχο σε απόσταση 8 έως 12 cm κάτω από την οροφή. Η απόσταση αυτή εξασφαλίζει ιδανική διάχυση του φωτός προς το ταβάνι. Χρόνος: 15-20 λεπτά.
Βήμα 2: Κοπή σε Γωνία 45 Μοιρών και Στεγνή Δοκιμή
Τα προφίλ σταθερού μήκους 2400-2440 mm κόβονται στις εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές γωνίες με φαλτσοπρίονο υπολογίζοντας φύρα 10%. Πραγματοποιείται στεγνή δοκιμή (dry fit).
Βήμα 3: Εφαρμογή Κόλλας και Επικόλληση στον Τοίχο
Εφαρμόζεται κόλλα πολυουρεθάνης συγκολλητικό στερέωσης με βάση την πολυουρεθάνη στην κάτω πατούρα επαφής με τον τοίχο. Το προφίλ πιέζεται σταθερά κατά μήκος της γραμμής λέιζερ. Ο χρόνος πλήρους ωρίμανσης είναι περίπου μία ώρα.
Βήμα 4: Στοκάρισμα, Βαφή και Τοποθέτηση LED
Οι ενώσεις στοκάρονται και λειαίνονται με κόκκωση 180-220. Το προφίλ βάφεται με λευκό πλαστικό χρώμα πάνω στο λευκό ακρυλικό αστάρι ενός συστατικού. Στη συνέχεια τοποθετείται το κανάλι αλουμινίου και η ταινία LED μέσα στην εσοχή.
Συνήθη Σφάλματα προς Αποφυγή
Αποφύγετε τα παρακάτω λάθη:
- Τοποθέτηση πολύ κοντά στην οροφή (κάτω από 6 cm) που εμποδίζει τη διάχυση του φωτός.
- Χρήση ταινιών LED υψηλής ισχύος χωρίς προφίλ αλουμινίου ψύξης.
- Επικόλληση σε σκονισμένο τοίχο χωρίς καθαρισμό.
