- Step 1: Surface Inspection and Layout Marking — Inspect the wall substrate to ensure it is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or peeling paint. - Κρουστικό δράπανο και ανοξείδωτες βίδες (για μεγάλα μεγέθη)
Βήμα 1: Υπολογισμός Αποστάσεων και Χάραξη Σημείων
Υπολογίζεται η ρυθμική απόσταση τοποθέτησης (συνήθως ανά 50-80 cm κατά μήκος του γείσου). Σημαδεύονται με αλφάδι λέιζερ τα ακριβή σημεία επαφής στον τοίχο. Χρόνος: 20-30 λεπτά.
Βήμα 2: Εφαρμογή Κόλλας και Τοποθέτηση
Εφαρμόζεται κόλλα πολυουρεθάνης συγκολλητικό στερέωσης με βάση την πολυουρεθάνη στις δύο πίσω επιφάνειες επαφής (με τον τοίχο και με το επάνω γείσο). Το φουρούσι πιέζεται σταθερά στη γωνία. Χρόνος ωρίμανσης: περίπου μία ώρα.
Βήμα 3: Μηχανική Στήριξη (για Μεγάλα Μεγέθη)
Για φουρούσια με προεξοχή άνω των 25 cm, τοποθετείται μία κρυφή ανοξείδωτη βίδα με βύσμα από την κάτω ή πλαϊνή πλευρά για πρόσθετη ασφάλεια.
Βήμα 4: Στοκάρισμα, Λείανση και Βαφή UV
Οι περιμετρικοί αρμοί σφραγίζονται με ελαστομερή στόκο και λειαίνονται με κόκκωση 180-220. Εφαρμόζεται 100% ακρυλικό εξωτερικό χρώμα πάνω στο εργοστασιακό αστάρι λευκό ακρυλικό αστάρι ενός συστατικού.
