The classic P82047 wall moulding provides a refined profile designed to add depth and rhythm to plain walls. Measuring 20 mm in projection, 38 mm in height, and 2440 mm in length, this slim profile is optimized for elegant wall framing and paneling.
Manufactured from high-density rigid poliuretāns (150-200 kg/m³), it combines structural firmness with low weight. Closed-cell structure holds water absorption below 1%. Resists -20°C to +80°C.
Features a clean, symmetrical classic contour. Delivered factory primed in matte white.
Ideal for homes, offices, hotels, and apartments. Suitable for bathrooms and exterior facades with UV paint.
Installation requires 45-degree miter cuts, polyurethane (PU) glue, and screw fastening. Joints are acrylic filled, sanded with 180-220 grit paper, and painted.
- Wall framing, wainscoting borders, and ceiling trims in living rooms, hallways, and offices
- Waterproof for bathrooms and facades with UV paint
- Clean wall
- Cut at 45 degrees
- Apply polyurethane (PU) adhesive to back
- Press and secure with screws
- Fill joints, sand with 180-220 grit paper, and paint (UV paint outside)
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Avoid abrasive pads
