Montimi i Pragjeve të Dritareve Hap pas Hapi

Udhëzues teknik profesional mbi montimin e pragjeve të poshtme me kanal pikatoreje për devijimin e sigurt të ujit të shiut larg fasadës.

Montimi i pragjeve të dritareve (denizlik) prej poliuretani kërkon dhënien e një pjerrësie të lehtë të jashtme (3–5°) për të garantuar rrjedhjen e menjëhershme të shiut.

Hapi 1: Kontrolli i Shpalës së Dritares dhe Veglat e Punës

Step 1: Substrate Inspection and Surface Preparation — Clean the installation area thoroughly using a dry wire brush and dust blower to remove loose debris, mortar flashes, or grease. Ensure the mounting substrate is completely dry and structurally sound. Estimated Time: 15 minutes. Common Error: Applying adhesive over wet or dusty rendering, which causes bond failure.
Step 2: Measurement and 45-Degree Miter Cutting — Measure the window opening width precisely, adding required end-cap overhangs. Cut the polyurethane profile ends at a clean 45-degree miter angle using a fine-toothed miter saw. Estimated Time: 20 minutes. Common Error: Cutting at high blade speeds that melt the polyurethane edge rather than shearing it cleanly.
Step 3: Polyurethane Adhesive Application — Apply continuous 8 mm beads of polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive along the back contact surface and joint faces. Do not use silicone sealants under any circumstances. Estimated Time: 10 minutes. Common Error: Using standard silicone or applying spot dabs instead of continuous adhesive beads.
Step 4: Profile Positioning and Mechanical Fastening — Press the sill profile firmly onto the substrate, verifying a forward drainage slope of at least 5 degrees with a spirit level. Drive stainless steel screws with wall plugs through countersunk holes spaced 40-50 cm apart. Estimated Time: 25 minutes. Common Error: Omitting mechanical screws and relying solely on adhesive.
Step 5: Joint Filling and granulim 180-220 Sanding — Fill countersunk screw heads and 45-degree joint seams with flexible polyurethane putty. Allow the putty to cure completely, then sand flush using granulim 180-220 sandpaper. Estimated Time: 30 minutes (excluding curing time). Common Error: Sanding before the joint putty has fully cured, causing indentation marks.
Step 6: Spot Priming and UV Topcoat Painting — Apply an acrylic primer over sanded joint areas if raw polyurethane is exposed. Finish the complete sill with two coats of high-grade UV-resistant exterior paint. Estimated Time: 40 minutes (plus dry times). Common Error: Using interior paint or skipping UV-resistant coatings on exterior surfaces.

Hapi 2: Prerja e Gjatësisë me Veshë Anësorë

Pritni pragun me gjatësi standarde 2400-2440 mm duke lënë 3 deri në 5 cm dalje anësore përtej kornizave vertikale të dritares me shtesën e mbetjeve 10%.

Hapi 3: Ngjitja me Pjerrësi të Jashtme

Aplikoni ngjitësin ngjitës montimi me bazë PU në shtresë të trashë nën pragun me densitet 150-220 kg/m³ (objektivi i prodhimit ~160 kg/m³) dhe vendoseni nën kornizën e dritares duke i dhënë 3 gradë pjerrësi drejt jashtë. Kanali i pikatores duhet të mbetet i zbuluar. Koha e tharjes: rreth një orë.

Hapi 4: Izolimi i Fugave dhe Lyerja UV

Izoloni bashkimin me dritaren me mastik elastik poliuretani. Lëmoni me letër zmerile granulim 180-220 dhe aplikoni dy duar bojë fasade UV mbi astarin bojë bazë akrilike e bardhë njëkomponentëshe. Qëndrueshmëri në -100 °C / +80 °C.
