Udhëzues teknik hap pas hapi për instalimin e sigurt dhe pa çarje të kornizave, shtyllave dhe kurorave të fasadës me poliuretan.
Montimi i suksesshëm i profileve arkitekturore në fasadën e jashtme kërkon zbatimin e rreptë të linjës së ngjitjes së pandërprerë dhe fiksimit mekanik me vida.

- Substrate Cleaning and Dry Surface Preparation — Inspect the wall substrate for stability, removing loose particles, dust, oil, or existing moisture. Ensure the facade surface is dry and level within acceptable construction tolerances before layout marking.
- Precision Layout and 45-Degree Miter Cutting — Measure installation lines precisely. Cut the rigid polyurethane profiles at 45-degree miter angles for corners and corner joints using a fine-toothed mechanical saw to ensure tight fitting connections.
- Continuous PU Adhesive Application — Apply a continuous, uninterrupted line of polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the back bonding tracks of the profile. Do not use silicone adhesive under any circumstances.
- Mechanical Anchor and Cross Screwing — Press the profile firmly against the wall and install mechanical stainless steel screws through the profile into the wall structure. Drive screws at opposing (cross) angles at all joint intersections to lock the miter seams.
- Putty Application and granulim 180-220 Sanding — Fill all screw head indentations and joint seams with exterior polyurethane joint putty. After complete drying, sand the joint smooth using granulim 180-220 sandpaper until the surface is seamless.
- System Priming and Double UV Topcoat Application — Apply an optional exterior system primer over sanded areas if desired. Finish the entire installation with at least two coats of elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint to protect against solar radiation and weathering.
Hapi 1: Përgatitja e Sipërfaqes dhe Prerja 45°
Sipërfaqja e suvasë duhet të jetë e pastër dhe e thatë. Profilet me gjatësi standarde 2400-2440 mm priten në kënd 45° duke llogaritur shtesën për mbetje 10%.
Hapi 2: Aplikimi i Ngjitësit dhe Vidat e Fshehura
Ngjitësi ngjitës montimi me bazë PU aplikohet në vijë të pandërprerë. Në profilet e mëdha vendosen vida të fshehura me upa në mur. Koha e tharjes së ngjitësit: rreth një orë.
Hapi 3: Stukimi, Lëmimi dhe Boja Elastike UV
Bashkimet mbushen me stuko elastike fasade, lëmohen me letër zmerile 180–220 granulim 180-220 dhe lyhen me bojë fasade UV mbi astarin bojë bazë akrilike e bardhë njëkomponentëshe. Qëndrueshmëri në -100 °C / +80 °C.
