Udhëzues teknik hap pas hapi për instalimin e saktë të profileve të ndriçimit të fshehtë LED në tavan pa hijëzime dhe mbinxehje.

Aplikimi i profileve të ndriçimit të fshehtë LED prej poliuretani krijon një ndriçim elegant ambienti pa nevojën e ndërtimeve të rënda me pllaka gipsi.

Mjetet dhe Materialet e Nevojshme

Step 1: Perimeter Marking and Height Calibration — Measure down from the ceiling line to establish a horizontal guide line around the room perimeter, maintaining a gap of 15-20 cm. Use a laser level to ensure perfectly straight alignment across all wall faces.
Step 2: Substrate Preparation — Clean the wall surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and loose plaster. Verify that the substrate is completely dry and structurally sound before applying adhesives.
Step 3: Mitre Cutting at 45 Degrees — Cut the polyurethane LED coving sections to size using a fine-tooth saw and a mitre box set precisely to 45-degree angles for interior and exterior corners.
Step 4: Adhesive Application — Apply continuous beads of specialized polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the upper and lower contact tracks of the moulding. Do not use silicone.
Step 5: Mechanical Fastening — Press the coving firmly against the marked wall guide line. Drive screws through the profile into the wall substrate at regular intervals; mechanical screw fixing is mandatory.
Step 6: Seam Filling and Sanding — Fill all screw head recesses and profile joint seams with compatible filler paste. Once fully cured, sand the joints smooth using granulim 180-220 sandpaper.
Step 7: Electrical and LED Strip Installation — Mount the aluminum LED channel inside the coving trough, lay the LED strip into place, and route low-voltage connections to the remote transformer.
Step 8: Final Paint Coating — Apply an optional coat of primer over filled joints if needed, followed by two topcoats of water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior paint as required by the application environment.

Hapi 1: Shënimi me Lazer (Distanca 8–12 cm)

Me nivelues lazer shënohet vija e montimit në një distancë prej 8 deri në 12 cm nën tavan përgjatë gjithë perimetrit të dhomës.

Hapi 2: Prerja dhe Ngjitja e Profileve

Profilet me gjatësi standarde 2400-2440 mm me shtesë 10% priten në kënd 45°. Ngjitësi ngjitës montimi me bazë PU aplikohet në sipërfaqen e pasme që mbështetet në mur. Koha e tharjes: rreth një orë.

Hapi 3: Montimi i Shiritit të Aluminit dhe Shiritit LED

Në kanalin e brendshëm vendoset shiriti i hollë i aluminit për ftohje dhe mbi të ngjitet shiriti LED. Dendësia e lartë 150-220 kg/m³ (objektivi i prodhimit ~160 kg/m³) bllokon dritën duke e drejtuar vetëm drejt tavanit.

Hapi 4: Stukimi, Lëmimi dhe Lyerja

Bashkimet mbushen me stuko dhe lëmohen me letër zmerile granulim 180-220. Profili lyhet me bojë tavani mbi astarin e fabrikës bojë bazë akrilike e bardhë njëkomponentëshe. Qëndrueshmëri deri në -100 °C / +80 °C.
