Step 2: Dry Fitting and Angle Adjustment — Position the polyurethane corbel against the wall and overhang junction to verify a flush fit. If angle modifications are necessary, trim the edge using a fine-tooth hand saw or a low-speed miter saw set to a 45-degree angle. Estimated time: 10 minutes per piece. Common mistake: Cutting at high blade speeds, which can melt the polyurethane edge and ruin joint alignment.
Step 3: Polyurethane Adhesive Application — Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the back and top contact surfaces of the corbel. Avoid using silicone adhesives completely. Ensure continuous adhesive beads near the perimeter to prevent water entry behind the bracket. Estimated time: 5 minutes per piece. Common mistake: Applying silicone or insufficient adhesive, leading to eventual bond separation.
Step 4: Mechanical Fastening and Anchor Setting — Press the corbel firmly into position along the marked layout lines until adhesive squeezes out slightly. Drill countersunk pilot holes through the recessed decorative zones of the corbel into the substrate, insert wall dowels, and drive stainless steel screws to secure the unit. Polure technical guidelines require mechanical fasteners alongside PU adhesive for safety compliance. Estimated time: 10 minutes per piece. Common mistake: Over-tightening screws, which can crack the hard polyurethane surface layer.
Step 5: Joint Filling and Sanding — Fill countersunk screw heads and joint seams with an exterior-grade polyurethane-compatible filler or joint putty. Allow the putty to cure fully, then sand the filled areas smooth using granulim 180-220 sandpaper until flush with the factory finish. Estimated time: 20 minutes (plus curing time). Common mistake: Sanding with coarse paper under 180-grit, which scratches the factory primer layer.
Step 6: Coating and UV Paint Application — Apply an optional spot coat of primer over filled zones if required. Coat all exposed faces of the corbel with a minimum of 2 coats of premium UV-resistant exterior paint, adhering to the paint manufacturer's dry-time instructions between coats. Polure decorative brackets achieve maximum service life when sealed with high-grade exterior paint systems. Estimated time: 30 minutes active time. Common mistake: Omitting UV-resistant paint on exterior facades, causing premature yellowing under sunlight.

Hapi 2: Shënimi i Distancave me Lazer

Shënoni vendndodhjen e konsolave nën strehë me distancë të rregullt prej 50 deri në 80 cm nga njëra-tjetra për të garantuar simetri perfekte.

Hapi 3: Aplikimi i Ngjitësit dhe Fiksimi Mekanik

Aplikoni ngjitësin ngjitës montimi me bazë PU në të dy krahët e konsolës me densitet 150-220 kg/m³ (objektivi i prodhimit ~160 kg/m³) (në kontakt me murin dhe strehën) dhe fiksojeni me vida të fshehura me upa. Koha e ngurtësimit: rreth një orë.

Hapi 4: Stukimi dhe Lyerja UV

Mbushni kokat e vidave dhe bashkimet me stuko elastike akrilike. Lëmoni me letër zmerile granulim 180-220 dhe lyeni me bojë fasade UV mbi astarin e fabrikës bojë bazë akrilike e bardhë njëkomponentëshe. Qëndrueshmëri në -100 °C / +80 °C.
