Engineered from high-density rigid polymer with a density of 150-200 kg/m³, this ornament matches the structural hardness of traditional hardwoods while remaining remarkably lightweight. Measuring 381 mm in width and length with a slim 26 mm profile, it is highly manageable during installation. The closed-cell structure guarantees a water absorption rate of less than 1%, ensuring the piece remains entirely unaffected by damp conditions, rot, or insect damage. With a temperature resistance spanning from -20°C to +80°C, it maintains its original dimensions without warping, shrinking, or cracking over time.

The visual composition of the P91021 features a curved profile accented by a continuous beaded line, bordered on the outer corner by a textured diamond-patterned grid. At the center of the arc, a detailed relief-carved acanthus leaf flourish provides a focal point. This precise detailing is achieved through advanced industrial molding, capturing the sharp undercuts and crisp edges of traditional hand-carved plaster without the fragility or weight associated with gypsum.

This versatile accent is highly suited for framing wall panels (boiserie) in grand living rooms, dining areas, or hallways. It can also be integrated into door pediments, ceiling corners, or furniture cabinetry to create a custom, built-in appearance. Because of its outstanding weather resistance, the ornament is equally effective for exterior applications, such as detailing window architraves, under-roof eaves, or entrance porticos on classical residential facades.

For secure mounting, the ornament is fixed using a polyuretan (PU) assembly adhesive combined with small screws for mechanical stability. The piece arrives with a factory-applied primer that prepares the surface for painting. However, because paint manufacturers do not guarantee adhesion without their own system, applying a compatible primer before finishing with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint is recommended. This lightweight alternative installs much faster than heavy plaster or moisture-sensitive MDF, saving significant labor on-site.
