Anstrich und Grundierung von Polyurethan-Stuck : Anleitung
Fachgerechte Beschichtung von Stuckprofilen : Warum die Werksgrundierung kein UV-Endanstrich ist und wie Sie streifenfreie Oberflächen erzielen.
Der fachgerechte Anstrich von Polyurethan-Stuckelementen erfordert ein Anschleifen der Werksgrundierung und einen abgestimmten Systemgrund der Farbmarke.
Wichtiger Hinweis : Werksgrundierung ist kein Endanstrich
- Substrate and Environmental Preparation — Verify that the wall or ceiling substrate is completely clean, structurally sound, and dry. Ensure room temperature is maintained within standard application limits before beginning installation.
- Precision Cutting and Adhesive Application — Execute 45-degree miter cuts on profile ends using a fine-toothed saw. Apply a continuous bead of dedicated polyurethane assembly adhesive along the joint edges and mounting surfaces. Standard silicone adhesives must not be used.
- Mechanical Fixing with Screws — Press the polyurethane element firmly into place against the substrate. Drive corrosion-resistant screws through the profile into the wall to provide mandatory mechanical anchoring while the polyurethane adhesive cures.
- Joint Filling and Surface Patching — Apply an appropriate architectural filler or joint putty over all screw heads, miters, and connection seams to create a smooth, continuous surface level with the profile face.
- Surface Sanding with Körnung 180-220 Paper — Allow the joint filler to cure completely. Lightly sand all patched areas and the factory-primed profile surface using Körnung 180-220 sandpaper to eliminate release agent residues and smooth out filler transitions. Wipe away all dust.
- Application of System Primer — Apply a uniform layer of system primer compatible with your chosen topcoat manufacturer over all filled joints and sanded surfaces to ensure homogeneous paint suction.
- Topcoat Painting — For indoor applications, apply 2 coats of quality interior paint. For outdoor applications, apply an elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint system designed for facade durability.
Schritt 1 : Anschleifen mit Schleifpapier Korn 180–220 (Dauer : 15 Min)
Mattieren Sie die Oberfläche mit Schleifpapier Körnung 180-220 an, um Reste von Formentrennmitteln restlos zu entfernen. Fehler : Streichen ohne Anschliff.
Schritt 2 : System-Haftgrundierung Auftragen (Dauer : 20 Min)
Tragen Sie den passenden Systemgrund der gewählten Farbmarke (z. B. Caparol, Brillux oder Jotun) für dichte Profile 150-220 kg/m³ (Produktionsziel ~160 kg/m³) auf.
Schritt 3 : Fugen Spachteln und Nachgrundieren (Dauer : 25 Min)
Nach Verklebung mit PUR-Kleber PU-basierter Montagekleber (Aushärtung in etwa eine Stunde) die Spachtelstellen isolieren bei -100 °C / +80 °C.
Schritt 4 : Zweifacher UV-Fassadendeckanstrich (Dauer : 35 Min)
