Praxisleitfaden für Lichtdecken : Wie Sie Deckenprofile mit 10–15 cm Deckenabstand kleben, LED-Streifen kühl montieren und schattenfreie Lichtkegel schaffen.

Die Montage von Lichtvoutenprofilen aus Polyurethan ermöglicht eine elegante, blendfreie indirekte LED-Deckenbeleuchtung mit homogener Lichtverteilung.

Werkzeuge und Vorbereitung der Elektrik

Step 1: Perimeter Marking and Height Calibration — Measure down from the ceiling line to establish a horizontal guide line around the room perimeter, maintaining a gap of 15-20 cm. Use a laser level to ensure perfectly straight alignment across all wall faces.
Step 2: Substrate Preparation — Clean the wall surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and loose plaster. Verify that the substrate is completely dry and structurally sound before applying adhesives.
Step 3: Mitre Cutting at 45 Degrees — Cut the polyurethane LED coving sections to size using a fine-tooth saw and a mitre box set precisely to 45-degree angles for interior and exterior corners.
Step 4: Adhesive Application — Apply continuous beads of specialized polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the upper and lower contact tracks of the moulding. Do not use silicone.
Step 5: Mechanical Fastening — Press the coving firmly against the marked wall guide line. Drive screws through the profile into the wall substrate at regular intervals; mechanical screw fixing is mandatory.
Step 6: Seam Filling and Sanding — Fill all screw head recesses and profile joint seams with compatible filler paste. Once fully cured, sand the joints smooth using Körnung 180-220 sandpaper.
Step 7: Electrical and LED Strip Installation — Mount the aluminum LED channel inside the coving trough, lay the LED strip into place, and route low-voltage connections to the remote transformer.
Step 8: Final Paint Coating — Apply an optional coat of primer over filled joints if needed, followed by two topcoats of water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior paint as required by the application environment.

Schritt 1 : Höhenanriss 10–15 cm unter der Decke (Dauer : 20 Min)

Zeichnen Sie die Montageschnur mit 10–15 cm Abstand zur Rohdecke für Profile in Längen 2400-2440 mm der Dichte 150-220 kg/m³ (Produktionsziel ~160 kg/m³) an. Fehler : Zu geringer Abstand unter 5 cm.

Schritt 2 : Zuschnitt auf Gehrung (Dauer : 20 Min)

Schneiden Sie Innen- und Außenecken auf 45 Grad mit einer Schnittzugabe von 10% bei -100 °C / +80 °C.

Schritt 3 : Einseitige Wandverklebung mit PUR-Kleber (Dauer : 35 Min)

Tragen Sie den Spezialkleber PU-basierter Montagekleber (Aushärtung in etwa eine Stunde) auf den rückseitigen Wandsteg auf und drücken Sie das Profil fest an.

Schritt 4 : Aluschiene und LED-Streifen Einkleben (Dauer : 25 Min)
