- Step 4: Adhesive Application and Mechanical Anchor Installation — Apply continuous beads of polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive along profile mating surfaces. Anchor each section mechanically to the substrate using structural screws or threaded rods; standard silicone must never be used.
- Step 5: Baluster Alignment and Handrail Assembly — Set decorative polyurethane balusters over internal steel pins, verify vertical level, and mount the top handrail section firmly over the underlying structural core.
- Step 6: Joint Filling and Fine Sanding — Fill all mechanical fastener counter-bores and profile connection seams with exterior joint putty. Allow to cure completely, then sand flush using Körnung 180-220 sandpaper.
