Gefertigt aus hochdichter Polyurethan-Hartschaum (150-220 kg/m³), vereint das Produkt hohe Stoßfestigkeit mit müheloser Handhabung und geringem Gewicht. Dank der geschlossenzelligen Struktur mit unter 1% Wasseraufnahme ist das Element völlig resistent gegen Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel und Verzug in Bad, Küche und Außenbereich. Es ist temperaturstabil von -100 °C / +80 °C und besitzt die Brandschutzklasse B2. Die Installation erfordert durchgehenden Auftrag von Polyurethan-Montagekleber an allen Kontaktflächen sowie die Fixierung mit Senkkopfschrauben (Silikon ist verboten). Fugen und Schraubköpfe werden mit Acrylspachtel gefüllt und mit 180-220er Schleifpapier geglättet. Das werkseitig grundierte Element kann direkt mit Innenraum- oder Fassadenfarben gestrichen werden.
