Das Polure polyurethane column shaft verleiht Innen- und Außenarchitekturprojekten eine klassische Eleganz und hohe mechanische Belastbarkeit. Aus hochdichtem Polyurethan-Hartschaum (150-220 kg/m³) gefertigt, weist das Material eine holzähnliche Festigkeit auf, ohne schwer auf der Wand- oder Fassadenkonstruktion zu lasten. Die geschlossenzellige Struktur garantiert eine Wasseraufnahme von unter 1 %, wodurch Verrottung, Schimmelbildung und Aufquellen in feuchten Umgebungen ausgeschlossen sind. Die Elemente sind temperaturbeständig von -100 °C / +80 °C und erfüllen die Brandschutzklasse B2. Die Elemente sind werksseitig mit einer weiß benetzten Acryl-Grundierung versehen. Zur Montage wird durchgehendes PU-Montagekleber zusammen mit Senkkopfschrauben verwendet. Stoßstellen werden verspachtelt und mit 180-220 Körnung verschliffen.
