Additionally, with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), it offers a wood-like hardness and structural stability without the heavy weight, making it highly resistant to physical impacts and easy to move during interior redecorations.

While the Coffee Table Column Base is entirely waterproof and stable within a temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C, outdoor installation requires proper surface protection. Unpainted polymer material can yellow when exposed to direct sunlight. Therefore, to use this table in outdoor environments such as open patios, balconies, or gardens, applying a high-quality UV-resistant paint is mandatory. This protective layer shields the core material from UV degradation, ensuring the table retains its pristine appearance and structural integrity for decades.

The Coffee Table Column Base is delivered with a factory-applied primer that prepares the surface for paint adhesion. However, because different paint brands formulate their products uniquely, paint manufacturers do not guarantee adhesion or long-term durability unless their own specific primers are used underneath. Therefore, applying an additional primer coat prior to your final paint is optional and left to the customer's choice. Despite its lightweight nature, our P83003 Coffee Table Column Base is engineered with a dense, solid core structure rather than a hollow shell. This high-density formulation (150-220 kg/m³) provides excellent mechanical strength and load-bearing capacity. It can easily support substantial decorative items such as heavy marble vases, bronze sculptures, thick books, or glass tabletop overlays without bending, flexing, or compromising its structural integrity over time.

For a flawless, seamless look, any assembly joints or mechanical fixing points must be treated professionally. After joining the parts using a high-strength polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive and securing them mechanically with screws (which is mandatory), any visible gaps or screw heads should be filled using a high-quality outdoor-grade putty. Once the putty has fully cured, sand the surface smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper. This creates a uniform surface ready for your choice of optional primer and final paint.

Yes, our composite material features excellent thermal properties and is rated as self-extinguishing. This means that if exposed to a heat source, it will not easily ignite, and if an active flame is removed, the material will naturally stop burning. It comfortably withstands temperatures up to +80°C without any loss of shape or dimensional stability, making it safe for placement near radiators, underfloor heating systems, or controlled fireplace surrounds.
