About Us

Polure manufactures polyurethane architectural and decorative profiles — we are not a reseller. Design, mould making, series production and dispatch all happen in our own plant in Tuzla, Istanbul, across 4,000 m² of indoor and 3,000 m² of outdoor production area. We have been in this sector since 2000.

How the company grew

The business began with plaster cornice production and installation. Producing the polyester and silicone moulds that plaster manufacturers required turned mould technology into our core competence; polyester products followed, and polyurethane became our main material.

Firsts in our market

We were the first company in Türkiye to manufacture patterned window surrounds and columns at scale, and the first producer of polyurethane beams, rafters and logs, a range we supply in 20 models and 15 colours.

Engineering and production

Every mould — aluminium, silicone, epoxy or polyester — is made in-house and cut specifically for the product using 3D scanning and CNC. Our metrology equipment includes Artec Ray, Spider 2, Eva and Leo scanners and an XGRID point-cloud system for on-site surveys, which lets us reproduce an existing profile or a heritage detail to the millimetre. Series production runs on Hennecke injection machinery.

For specifiers and architects this means a 1:1 3D render can be issued at design stage, before tooling starts.

Material performance

Rigid polyurethane at 150–220 kg/m³, closed-cell with water absorption below 1%, class B2 flame retardant, dimensionally stable between -100 °C and +80 °C. It will not rot, swell or host insects, which is what makes it suitable for façades and humid interiors alike. Items ship with a white acrylic factory primer; a UV-resistant topcoat is applied on site for exterior use.

Range and project work

Window surrounds, columns and capitals, cornices, beams, rafters and logs, skirtings, borders, corbels, wall panels and decorative accessories. Where a project needs a profile that is not in the catalogue, we cut a new mould in our own department or machine the piece directly on CNC.

Orders are placed directly with the factory: one source for pricing, lead times and technical documentation, with no distributor margin in between. Goods are supplied ex-works and we ship regularly to every region of the world.
