Returns and Defective Products

As our products are manufactured to order, returns are not accepted. A return procedure is initiated only if the product is proven to be defective or non-conforming.
Other return and cancellation conditions are stated in the relevant quotation. For approved returns and cancellations, a 30% overhead deduction applies, and the return amount is limited to 10%.
Custom-made, painted and deformable products (wooden-look beams, curved and flexible products) cannot be returned.

Prices cover only the value of the products; transport, shipping and installation are not included.
The invoice is issued in the name of the account from which payment was made.
Products without an advance payment are not included in the production schedule.
Orders that have not been paid in full are not dispatched.

All products are delivered EX WORKS (ex factory); transport and shipping are the buyer's responsibility.
Products must be inspected on the day of receipt; otherwise, responsibility passes to the buyer.
Products must be collected within 10 days of the delivery notice; otherwise a daily storage fee applies.
Our products are decorative materials and our contracted courier does not provide insured delivery; in case of damage, our company accepts no liability. We recommend dedicated freight or your own vehicle for delivery.
If a shipment returns to us due to incorrect contact details or an unreachable recipient, the round-trip shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Quotations are valid for 7 days.
The stated production lead time is valid on the day it is given.
Products not included in the quotation and added later are charged additionally.
Dekorix (untouched) products are exempt from finishing, and the reduced costs are passed on directly as a discount to the customer.
