acanthus leaf motif

The acanthus leaf is a decorative polyurethane motif inspired by the curling leaf form of the acanthus plant, widely used in classical architecture. It is used as a classical ornamental element on column capitals and at the corners of consoles and cornices. Polyurethane is light and is applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and is paintable.
