Chandelier medallion models is the category covering polyurethane ceiling medallions, placed at the point where a chandelier hangs, in a range of diameters, patterns and forms. Classic relief, plain or fluted medallions are among these models. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied directly to the ceiling with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. As it is lighter than plaster it adds no extra load to the ceiling and fits quickly.
