Garden column decor is the general name for the polyurethane decorative elements applied to columns in gardens and landscaped areas. With parts such as column capitals, bases, rings and shaft mouldings, it gives existing columns a classic or plain appearance. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; outdoors it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, blister or warp, and takes paint well. Being lighter than stone or plaster equivalents, it is easy to fit on columns at height. Since it is moulded, details repeat identically on every piece.
