under-balcony bracket

An under-balcony bracket is the polyurethane decorative facade element applied beneath a balcony or projection to give a load-bearing impression. On the facade it appears to support the balcony from below, taking on the role of a console and bracket aesthetically. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied with construction adhesive and screws where needed; outdoors it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, blister or warp, and takes paint well. Being lighter than stone or concrete, facade fitting is easy and it adds no extra load to the structure. Since it is moulded, the profile and details repeat identically on every piece.
