Balcony column decoration is an ornamental application made with decorative columns, half-columns and newel elements used on a balcony facade or along the railing line. It is used to provide a vertical accent at balcony corners, railing start points or facade divisions. Polyurethane column elements are lightweight, which makes installation easier at high points; they resist moisture and outdoor conditions, do not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because they are mould-cast, the column shaft, capital and base details repeat identically on every piece. Installation is done with a suitable adhesive and, where needed, a mechanical connection.
