building entrance columns

Building entrance columns are polyurethane column elements used for decoration and facade emphasis at the main entrance of a structure. They are placed on either side of the entrance door or beneath the eaves, combined with a capital and base to form a complete column appearance. Polyurethane is lightweight; thanks to its hollow body, it can be fitted over existing load-bearing columns or mounted as a standalone decorative element. It resists moisture and impact, will not crack or blister outdoors and can be painted. Because it is much lighter than stone or concrete columns, installation is quick and simple. Since it is mould-cast, the shaft flutes and profile details are identical on every piece. Polure produces building entrance columns in a range of diameters and heights.
