paintable decor

Paintable decor is the general name for decorative polyurethane ornamentation elements used on walls and ceilings whose surface can be painted any colour. It covers pieces such as ceiling roses, corner motifs, cornices and mouldings, and is used in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms to arrange a space with classical ornamentation. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted to match the wall colour. It is lighter and more durable than its plaster counterpart and does not deform in humid environments. Because it is mould-produced, the ornamental detail repeats identically on every piece.
