paintable motif

A paintable motif is a polyurethane decorative element produced with a paint-accepting surface that adds a relief pattern to wall, ceiling or furniture surfaces. Indoors it is used to create a focal point or to complete ornamentation together with mouldings, panels and columns. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly to the surface with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted any colour. Being lighter than plaster motifs, it is applied safely at high points, and unlike wood it is unaffected by moisture. Because it is mould-cast, the motif details repeat identically on every piece, providing pattern consistency in series applications. Once painted, a look that blends with the surface colour or stands out as an accent is achieved. Polure produces paintable motifs in different patterns and size options.
