A large wall sconce motif is a large-scale polyurethane decorative relief applied around a wall light (sconce) or on its own as wall ornamentation. It is used on large, high-ceilinged surfaces such as living room, entrance hall and staircase walls to frame the lighting or decorate a bare wall. The polyurethane material is light and fixes directly to the wall with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted any colour. Despite its large size it is light, so it adds no load to the wall and installs easily. As the relief motif is mould-produced, the details repeat crisply and identically on every piece.
