large chandelier medallion

A large chandelier medallion is a large-diameter polyurethane decorative element applied to the ceiling in large spaces to highlight the centre of a big chandelier. It is used on the ceilings of high-ceilinged living rooms, ballrooms and large entrance halls. The polyurethane material is light and fixes directly to the ceiling with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted any colour. Despite its large diameter it is light, so it adds no load to the ceiling and installs far more easily than a plaster medallion.
