Large ceiling medallion models are the different pattern and form variants of wide-diameter polyurethane ceiling medallions suited to large ceilings. Floral, medallion, geometric, and classic-ornament models are available; they are used in halls, lobbies, and high-ceilinged spaces to choose a medallion suited to the ceiling size. Because polyurethane is light, even large-diameter models apply easily to the ceiling with mounting adhesive. They resist moisture and impact, do not crack or blister, and are paintable; the risk of cracking is lower than with plaster.
