floral motif

A floral motif is a polyurethane decorative ornament inspired by botanical flower forms. It is used as a decorative detail at cornice corners, around ceiling roses, and on jambs and wall panels. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied directly to the surface with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or warp, and can be painted any colour. Because it is mould-cast, the petal and stem details repeat identically on every piece; compared with plaster equivalents it is lighter and faster to install. Polure produces floral motifs in a range of sizes and forms.
