decorative ceiling rose

A decorative ceiling rose is a round or oval polyurethane ceiling ornament mounted at the centre of the ceiling, around the chandelier connection. It gives the ceiling a focal point and frames the chandelier; it is used on living room, dining room and entrance hall ceilings. The polyurethane material is lightweight and fixes directly to the ceiling with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted. Being much lighter than a plaster rose, there is no load problem on the ceiling and installation is quick. As it is mould-cast, the relief patterns repeat exactly on every piece.
