decorative wall column

A decorative wall column is a polyurethane column element with a half or quarter section applied flush against the wall. It is used on living-room walls, beside doorways and on wide surfaces for vertical division and a classic architectural accent. It consists of a shaft, capital and base. The polyurethane material is lightweight and fixes directly to the wall with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Being far lighter than a stone or plaster column, installation is quick, and unlike wood it is not affected by moisture.
