A decorative door frame is a polyurethane profile set mounted around the door opening, separating the door from the wall and emphasising it. Applied to the edges of interior and entrance doors, it creates a classic or simple frame. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly to the wall with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Unlike its timber counterpart it is unaffected by moisture and installs faster. Because it is mould-cast, the profile pattern repeats identically on every piece.
