An exterior facade pediment ornament is a relief-motif polyurethane decorative element added to the pediment above windows and doors, or applied in pediment form. It is used on the facade to emphasise the tops of windows and doors and create a decorated crown. The polyurethane material is lightweight and goes on with assembly adhesive and, where needed, dowels; it resists moisture, frost, sun and impact, does not crack, peel or warp, and can be painted. It is far lighter than stone and concrete, adds no load to the facade and installs quickly. As the details are mould-formed, the same relief repeats on every piece.
