exterior facade column cladding
Exterior facade column cladding is the covering of an existing structural column or facade pillar with a polyurethane column element. It is used to give a plain support a cylindrical or angular column appearance and to form an integrated element with a capital and base. The polyurethane material is lightweight and, as cladding, makes installation easier; it resists moisture, frost and impact, does not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than plaster or stone claddings, it adds no extra load to the facade and is applied with mounting adhesive. Because each piece is cast from a mould, the shaft profile repeats identically. Polure produces exterior facade column cladding in a range of diameters and heights.
