An exterior facade cornice is a polyurethane decorative profile that runs horizontally under eaves and along floor lines on a building facade, creating shadow and line definition. It divides the facade into horizontal sections and frames rows of windows. The polyurethane material is lightweight; it is easy to handle on high facades and is applied directly with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture, rain, and sun, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike plaster and wood, it does not absorb moisture, swell, or rot.
