exterior facade motif

An exterior facade motif is a polyurethane decorative element used as a single pattern or trim unit on a building facade. It is placed above windows, at corners, at floor divisions, or around entrances to provide an accent. The polyurethane material is lightweight; it is easy to position on the facade and is applied directly with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture, rain, and sun, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike plaster and wood, it is unaffected by moisture and does not rot. Being mould-cast, all details of the motif repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces exterior facade motifs in different patterns and size options.
