exterior casing

Exterior casing is a polyurethane profile element that frames the edges of door and window openings on a building's exterior. Applied around the opening, it highlights the edge transition and gives the facade a clean framed look. Polyurethane is lightweight and resists moisture, frost and outdoor weather; it does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike wooden casing, it is unaffected by moisture and does not rot; being lighter than stone equivalents, it installs quickly and adds no extra load to the wall. It is applied to the surface with mounting adhesive. Polure produces exterior casing in different width and profile options.
