exterior facade precast cladding

Exterior facade precast cladding refers to decorative cladding elements on a building's exterior with a precast (mold-cast) appearance. Forms resembling traditional precast concrete pieces are produced from polyurethane and used in facade ornamentation as surrounds, cornices, arches and panels. Polyurethane is lightweight and resists moisture, frost and outdoor weather; it does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because it is far lighter than precast concrete, installation is fast, requires no crane, and adds no extra structural load to the wall. Since it is mold-cast, the profile details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces precast-look exterior facade cladding elements in different model and size options.
