Exterior facade precast systems refer to the whole of decorative facade elements that come together in a precast (mold-cast) appearance. Surround, cornice, pilaster, arch and panel pieces provide the look of traditional precast concrete systems using polyurethane. Polyurethane is lightweight and resists moisture, frost and outdoor weather; it does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because it is far lighter than precast concrete, installation is done quickly without a crane and adds no extra structural load to the wall.
