Wall corner protection is a polyurethane profile applied to outward-facing wall corners, protecting the corner from impact and wear. It is used at wall corners in hallways, corridors, stairwells and frequently used areas to prevent the corners from being damaged by knocks and to provide a clean finish. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied directly to the corner with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted; unlike plaster or wood versions it is not affected by moisture and does not crumble when struck. Because it is mould-cast, the profile section is identical along every metre. Polure produces wall corner protection profiles in different widths and lengths.
