Antiqued Ceiling Ornament

An antiqued ceiling ornament is a polyurethane ceiling rose or decorative ceiling element given a worn, antique look by applying a patina finish to its surface. It is used in classic and rustic spaces to create a decorative focal point at the centre of the ceiling, at the chandelier connection point. The antique effect is achieved during the painting stage; the polyurethane surface is suitable for this kind of paint and application. The material is lightweight and applied to the ceiling with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted.
