Concealed Lighting Fixture

A concealed lighting fixture is a channelled polyurethane profile that can hold an LED strip inside, providing indirect lighting by hiding the light source. It is used to create ambient light along ceiling edges, in wall niches and in stepped ceiling applications. The LED placed in the profile's hidden channel reflects onto the surface without shining directly into the eye. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Because the channel is mould-cast to a standard strip size, the LED seats properly and the light spreads evenly. Installation is faster than plaster equivalents and it does not break during transport. Polure produces concealed lighting fixture profiles in different sections and channel sizes.
