Rose-Patterned Ceiling Dome

A rose-patterned ceiling dome is a curved polyurethane dome element mounted at the centre of the ceiling with a rose motif worked on its surface. By framing the point where a chandelier or lighting fixture is hung, it adds depth and a decorative focal point to the ceiling. It is used on living room and entrance hall ceilings. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied with mounting adhesive and, where needed, dowels; it resists moisture, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. As it is mould-cast, the rose motif and dome curvature repeat identically on every piece. Being far lighter than plaster equivalents, it mounts easily on the ceiling and adds no extra load.
