Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they offer total protection against humidity, moisture, and mold. Operating reliably across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, every pediment comes factory pre-coated with white acrylic primer. Installation onto doorway surrounds requires applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear contact faces (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with countersunk mechanical screws. Fill screw recesses and joint lines with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with two coats of paint.
