light channel profile
A light channel profile is a polyurethane profile designed to hold a concealed LED strip inside or behind it, creating indirect (reflected) lighting. At the wall-ceiling joint or on the wall, it reflects light onto the surface to form a concealed lighting band; it is used in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms. The channel section of the profile hides the LED strip, so soft lighting is achieved without the light source being visible. The polyurethane material is light and applies with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack or blister, and can be painted. As it is mould-cast, the channel cross-section is identical along every metre. Polure produces light channel profiles in a range of widths and channel options.
