The shell motif ornament is a polyurethane decorative accessory inspired by the fan-shaped curves of a seashell. It is used as a point ornament on walls, niches, above doors and on furniture surfaces. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Being lighter than plaster makes installation easier, and because it is not affected by moisture like wood, it can also be used in wet areas.
