Classic batten decor is a slim-profiled traditional dressing element used for framing and panelling on wall and ceiling surfaces. It is applied to create panel frames on walls and rose-and-coffer divisions on ceilings. Polyurethane batten decor is lightweight; it adds no extra load to the surface and is fixed directly to the wall or ceiling with construction adhesive. The material resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel and can be painted. Compared with timber alternatives, it does not absorb moisture or swell and installs quickly. Because it is mould-cast, the profile cross-section continues identically on every piece. Polure produces classic batten decor in a range of widths and profiles.
