Classical decorative motifs are the full set of ornamental elements used to decorate surfaces in classical architecture, such as rosettes, medallions, relief flowers, leaves and scrolling vines. They appear as accents and texture on ceiling roses, cornice surfaces, over-door panels and wall panels. These motifs are mould-cast from polyurethane; the material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Because it is mould-cast, the relief details are sharp and identical on every piece, giving faster and more consistent results than hand-made ornament.
