classic wall corbel

A classic wall corbel is a polyurethane decorative bracket element used to support, or imitate the support of, a projecting shelf, cornice or eave on a wall. On façade and interior walls it is used as load-bearing-look decoration at cornice corners, under shelves and on door-top eaves. The polyurethane material is lightweight and bonds directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Being far lighter than stone or wood versions, it is installed quickly by one person. Because it is cast from a mould, the ornamentation detail repeats identically on every piece.
